Return & Refund Policy

1. All return and refund request must be submitted to Casa Grocer through WhatsApp or Facebook Inbox within 24 hours upon goods received.

 

2. Casa Grocer reserve the right to reject customers return and refund request which are submitted more than 24 hours upon goods received.

 

3. All return and refund request will be inspect by Casa Grocer. Customers will be informed for further action.

 

4. All refunds will be given as store credits within 7 days after the refund request approved.

 

 

Return and refund will be accepted in the events of:-

  • Received defective product(s)
  • Received incorrect item(s)
  • Purchased Fresh Vegetables to be deliver outside of Klang Valley

 

Return and refund will not be accepted in the events of:-

  • Change of mind
  • Goods has been damaged by the customer
  • Do not like the product(s)
  • Product(s) packaging not as shown in the website's image
  • Failed to received their goods on first delivery and refused to self-collect or pay the additional shipping fee for second delivery
